Our first Communion Service since lockdown!

Holy Communion Service last Sunday

It has been a long time since our last service in March before the lock down.  We hope that you have all stayed safe and received support from others when needed and been a support to others. The Christian community showing the love of Christ in action cannot be shut down.

We had our first Communion Service last Sunday the 12th July which took place in the garden of the presbytery house in Floirac.  Tony lead the Service with an excellent sermon. Nellie guided us through through the prayers of intercession. Understandably the wine could not be shared but everyone received the bread.

Everyone was overjoyed to be together again and sharing the peace was certainly vibrant!

Our second Service will be Holy Communion on Sunday 26th July in Floirac

Our next service will be a Communion Service led by Rev’d Tony Lomas on Sunday 26th July in Floirac and under the same conditions.

The service will start at 15:30 but we ask you to arrive by 15:15 at the latest to enable you to be safe and comply with the hygiene regulations.
